[Supras] Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

I’ve been trying with a 600 ft-lb impact wrench and it’s not budging.

Does anyone have any sure fire method for removing the crankshaft pulley
bolt?  The engine is currently on a stand.  I’ll take any and all
suggestions.
