[Supras] 88 A/C issues

Good morning all,

Symptom: Keep blowing fuses on passanger side kick
panel. A\C compressor will not kick in.

Where I'm at: Disconnected low pressure switch located
under turbo.

With this switch disconnected I am not blowing fuses.
Still have no A/C, but not blowing fuses.

I'd like to replace this switch. It's fairly cheap and
easy to access and, who knows, could actually be the
issue.

I understand this is a schrader (sp) valve so
disconnecting it will not release much freon.

Question is: How dow you disconnect this puppy. As you
look down on it from above the turbo, there seems to
be two nuts. I'm assuming I put a wrench on the
smaller one to keep it from turning and then loosen
the larger one.

Assumptions have kicked my ass in the past so I
thought I'd ask the group.

Thanks
Chris
