[Supras] MkIII - windshield wipers only work on the "interval" setting

After thought which applies to the left stalk for sure, and probably the 
right one too...  DON'T undo the screws and small metal plate that hold 
down the ball/spring for the stalks (they make the stalk 'stick' up or 
down).  You will never get it back together again.  Toyota must have a 
special tool for putting that together because I love mindbender twisty 
puzzles but that ball/spring assembly is impossible to re-assemble.
