[Supras] MkIII - windshield wipers only work on the "interval" setting

In the mean time you may want to try Rain-X so you'll
still be able to see without fully functional wipers.
It's a little distracting for the rain to bead up and
roll off the windsheild but it beats the hack out of
not being able to see.
