[Supras] power steering problem on my 88 supra!

The pump requires Dexron trans fluid, do not use "power steering fluid".
Things to check:
1) glazed/loose belt
2) clogged filter screen in the reservoir
3) pinched or kinked p/s fluid line
4) clogged ps cooler
5) clogged rack or lines
That is pretty much all that could be wrong. Finding the problem can be
difficult.
To check for pressure take the high pressure line off the side of the pump
(banjo bolt) and turn the pump. Fluid should come out. Reconnect everything and
then take off the return line to the reservoir and start the car
briefly--fluid should pump out.
You'll just have to work through each part of the system.

k... first off my car is in the garage in winter/rain....i go to trun it on
for a check....and noticed that my power steering fluid was foaming from
reservior.....so i said no big deal...its -20c outside.....so now since it
was missing some fluid..... so i thought it wouldnt kill to put some GM
power steering fluid.put it in everything fine!.....come back in a couple of
months to take it for a ride and it started to squeel ,hard to turn
wheel...so i call 911..jk
anyways i change the pump once and the same problem no bitter no worse and i
thought maybe cause it was used....so i get one out of the store
...gaurantted to work..and same problem..... what can it possible
be........help me!...please...or even better tell me where to go!
oh and not to forget i have taken her to to different toyota dealers and 2
auto shops.....they didnt know anything.....told me to replace my whole
power steering system and components......!
