[Supras] advice on retapping a hole that seals oil

I'm looking for advice on how to retap a hole with oil pressure behind  it and I'm worried about 2 things which I'm looking for advice/tips on:
  1) Metal shavings from retapping getting into the oil (How do I clean the shavings out of the hole?)
  2) When I'm reinstalling the bolt I've some thread locker the service  manual suggests using.  I'm wondering how do I clean the hole  out.  For instance if I shoot carb or brake cleaner in the hole  then I'll have that cleaner sitting in the hole which the engine oil  will mix with the first time I run the engine....is this a problem?
