50% water wetter??? that's insane!!  If you NEVER have to worry about 
freezing, you use two bottles of water wetter, maybe even one, and the rest 
distilled water... Change you coolant once a year I'd think..

If you actually drive the car, and it ever even gets close to freezing, 
(like here in AZ)..  run about 75/25 water/coolant... the benefit of water 
wetter is lost if you run almost any coolant (check out their stats on 
redline's page)...

Otherwise, run 50/50 water coolant...  or whatever you need to protect you 
in your climate.
