[Supras] good rebuilt engines?

It seems the choices are limited with supras. Ive heard great things about
ATK engines coming from nissan guys and then horror stories from supra
people.
ATK is suppose to go the extra mile when it comes to rebuilding specs.
In the end you get what you pay for. Im hard pressed to find a machinist
within 200 miles of my town who does "precision" machining, the one that
does will cost an arm, leg and the clothes off my back.
