Yank those Bosch plugs out now.  Toyotas hate Bosch plugs and always have.
Get the stock NGK or Nippondenso plats (or equivalent coppers if you choose)
in there instead.  Mobil 1 10w30 is what I run as well.

Don't bother trying pictures, the list automatically strips attachments.
Put pics up on a website and post links if you'd like to share photos.

quick question ...what type of oil do u run the mk3 on(i put mobil 1 10w 30)

and what type of spark plugs(i have bosch 4 platinuims)i was told there no 
good theyll break........
