ever since i took out my pump......now i started a project of the car....lol

quick question ...what type of oil do u run the mk3 on(i put mobil 1 10w 30) 
and what type of spark plugs(i have bosch 4 platinuims)i was told there no 
good theyll break........

i will have pictures to show i am not wasting my time!...or yours..
