[Supras] Strange AEM EMS activity

exactly, it just cycles the pump on and off in rhythem but only when the AEM
is grounded. For right now i just used nylon washers and spacers to isolate
the EMS. I would be fine w/ this for a solution, but i'm afraid there is
going to be another part to this that rears its head later on.
