Hi,
     I have a 1990 Ford F350 CrewCab which apparently is rare due to it NOT
have a LSD. Someone had mentioned on the Ford Truck Yahoo discussion group
that most if not all Ford trucks after 1985 automatically came with LSD.
Anyway, a mechanic friend of mine made me aware that there is something
called a Detroit locker which can be bought for about 300-600 dollars
depending on brand/distributor. It allows one wheel to spin a complete
revolution more than the other one before both wheels will be locked and
spinning together.
     Am I just dreaming that I can find an aftermarket LSD unit (whether or
not a 'Detroit Locker') for between 300-600 for the car? Is there someplace
I can go to research what is out there available for my 5-speed 89T?
