[Supras] PS noise after high pressure line replaced

Ever since I replaced the  high pressure line on my PS, I've noticed a 
whining sound.....mostly heard during idle and with a little gas or turning 
of the steering wheel, the sound will increase and will die out over the 
engine noise.
Is this the pump going bad or what?  The fluid is not low.
