I have this broken down into how many of what color/type bulb you need
 
1 X #194 (WLED 5-LED Wide Angle LED bulb) - Amber - $2.99
        Low Gas Light (this will partially illuminate due to lower power requirement than filament bulb)

1 X #194 (WLED 5-LED Wide Angle LED bulb) - Blue - $3.74
        High Beams

2 X #194 (WLED 5-LED Wide Angle LED bulb) - Green - $8.28
        Turn Signals
4 X #74 Wedge Base LED bulb - Amber - 4.76
        Low Coolant, Rear Lights Out, AntiLock Malfunction, Check Engine
4 X #74 Wedge Base LED bulb - Red - $4.76
        Seat Belts, Brake, Battery, Door Open
4 X #194 (WLED 5-LED Wide Angle LED bulb) - Choice of color - $11.96-17.64
        Gauge Cluster Back Light
3 X #194 (WLED 5-LED Wide Angle LED bulb) - Choice of color - $3.57
        Oil Gauge Back Light, Key Lock Ring, Cigarette Lighter 
 
 
this brings the total to $37.68-43.36 for Just the gauge cluster, $40.06-45.74 for Cluster plus key lock ring and lighter. Price will vary depending on what color you choose for gauge cluster back light with Red or Amber being the cheapest and Green being the most expensive (I would have assumed Blue or UV would have been)
