Don't bother cutting either one...
Buy new rotors for the Supra. Even though the rotors on a Supra are rather
thick there just isn't enough meat on them to really get out the pulse when
turning them.
If you were actually successful most likely the pulse will return after the
first hard stop.
Advance Auto will ship in some Raybestos for something like $40 an axle.
BTDT, they work fine.
They don't stock these in most stores.
As to the Camry, Just toss pads at it. If they don't pulse now it is
unlikely that tossing pads at it will cause it.

Subject: [Supras] Brakes 2 cars
Hello all,
I have two cars with brake issues. First is my supra.
It shakes when it stops. It has good pads but the
rotors need cut. My question on this one is: Do I need
to replace the pads after getting the rotor cut if I
want to ensure a smooth stop?
The second is the 04 Camry. Stops smoothly. 39000
miles on the original pads. I want to just toss on
some new pads. Do I need to cut the rotors at the same
time if I want continued smooth stops?
Thanks
Chris
