Hello All:
I've been pestering you guys with a bunch of random questions, but of
course I'm just trying to get my MKIII back on the road so I apologize.
Therefore, I brought a kit for my 86.5 & fear that since I live in NYC (Pot
hole city) I might ruin the baby if I don't get some coilovers to lift her
up. However, being that coilovers cost about $1,600 more then what I have &
being that I've heard coilovers are too stiff for street, I wanted to know
if there's any other suggestions (besides scrapping the kit, which I can't
do)? Someone was telling me to check out high-seated springs???
Regardless, any assitance would be great thanks!
Oh yeah almost forgot, I chose my MKIII over a 1995 300z, 1997 Eclipse, a
Honda , 80's Monte Carlo & a 1994 Toyota Camry where my bud gave me the
keys for free & I gave them back (that was hysterical, " but the damn thing
has flip lights!!!" lol). I chose the MKIII & even though It hasn't been
on the road in almost 2 yrs. I still don't regret it, & everytime I have
grown frustrated with it, I just read the list emails & feel good again
about my pick.
