[Supras] Update on MegaSquirt

the sensor is easy, using dual VR conditioners you can use the stock CPS
dual wheel without modifying it. I don't know how the 2jz coils are set up
but I do know that driving the 7mgte triple coil packs is easy as there are
2 coil select lines, a coil fire line and a tach line. the only issue that
has popped up about the MS is the fact that the stock ECU controls 3 fuel
injector channels and the MS currently only supports 2. I know adding more
fuel channels is in the future works still. I've come across Coil On Plug
kits for the 7mgte that maintains the same wiring that the coil packs
utilize so there's no modification there. Like I said, once my friend gets
the RX-7 one done he's going to work with me on making a very viable PnP
module for the MKIII. My module is currently MSnSpark but I think I can get
a prototype MS2/extra out of him since that's the main version they're
pushing now with the much better accuracy and extra features like fast idle
stepper control.
