[Supras] ac experts

Hi cool supras, 
Im redoing my ac system.  I tried a shortcut fix once and it leaked after 2 weeks so now I tracked down my leak to the evaporator. 
So now I have a new evap, exp valve, hoses, drier and I want to put it together with my R12 and mineral oil. 
Question is, the last "expert" who helped me, put in my r12 with some dye and "topped it off with good ester oil". 
I think this was the wrong oil and I dont think he put more than a couple of ounces in. So should I worry about whatever is in the condensor? Should I try to clean it out? How?
It doesnt seem like much of anythng wants to drain out of the compressor so everything else should be new when I get it back together. The service manual seems to quote different amounts of oil for each independent part serviced but I havent seen a amount for total mineral oil used when replacing all parts, anyone know that amount?
