[Supras] blowing black smoke

I don't know Supras too well.
I know Toyotas in general fairly well, and I know a fair amount about cars
in general, so don't think I'm too goofy...
But, I know on late 80's-early 90's Volvo Turbos, this condition means your
Fuel Pressure Regulator has gone on Holiday...
