[Supras] Catalytic Convertor

Need a new Cat for the 86.5 NA ride in order to pass NJ emission inspection.  The rest of the exhaust system is fine.  

Since the car is burning about a qt of oil every 400-500 miles, I know that this new cat won't last for any extended period of time, so I do not want to place a nice new $400 plus Toyota unit in there.  Walker makes what the call a direct replacement (WALKER Part # 15538) for around $120.  Anyone have any experience with this unit or similar less costly options?  The engine is not long for this world, but I need to hold the vehicle together for another 2 years until the 19 year old driving it can go out and get himself something newer.
