[Supras] Emissions failure

I thought it was $550, maybe b/c mine is an 87. Redoing the engine, just
labor costs where at least double that so I got a waiver. Even in the
stupid glass enclosure, I could hear the engine lugging and saw way jerky
shifting.
So lowering the car will prevent the dyno hook-up? I might consider that.
