[Supras] emissions failure

I just recently failed 90 turbo.  I even went though the hassle of bolting up the stock exhaust w/ both cats before testing.  In WA state you can get a $150 waver by a mechanic IF you spend $150 or more on repairs.  Took it to the guy next to the emissions place and he thought it might be a o2 sensor.  Well, the car failed again but not as bad but the cost of the o2 and install was enough that he could write a waver.  What a PIA.
