Yes the rotors are pop offs just like the mk 3.  

I can't remember any Toyota cars that you have to pull the hubs off.

Honda Accords form the early 90's and Geo Metro's or maybe Sprints have a
hub assembly that needs to be pulled

The Rear drums are also Pop offs but you might need some 8mm(?) bolts to
thread into the drums to force them off the hub.  I think it was an 8 mm x
1.25 but I am not sure.  I know it takes a 10 mm wrench.
