[Supras] sensors in thermostat housing

Would someone tell me what the 2 switches/sensors in the thermostat housing do, and what they look like?  One of my belts started to shread and tore the wires & connectors off of everything that was attached to the thermostat housing.  This is on the turbo engine.  Thanks.
   
  On a second note, would anyone have a parts car or a wiring harness that I could use to get the missing connectors?
