[Supras] A/C booster fans

they are controlled by a temp switch in the t-stat housing in addition
to being activated with the a/c. as for will they come on with the motor
off - yes, with the key off and out - not on my car. How to change it -
add another temp switch and relay to provide power to the fans from the
battery.

all engines heat soak once they're shut off and the coolant will start
to boil if there is no additional pressure on it. If the rad cap is
leaking the pressure in the cooling system will reduce to atm and the
coolant may start to boil - this is actually pretty common and not
much to worry about unless it spits coolant out past the rad cap.
